Paying for a service but no LTE ***9

<p>I needed to get a data contract and decided to give Telkom a chance based on their marketing campaign of speeds for LTE and attractive pricing bundle. </p> <p>In the last two months I have had only 2G and 3G coverage in my area despite multiple attempts to get a technician to review my connection I am paying for LTE but getting 3G coverage. </p> <p>I am frustrated with the current approach and response from the call centre. Each time they suggest that the technical team is from another department and that they will escalate the matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am really frustrated and I think South Africans need to know about this.</p> <p>Reference: ********** 9</p>
