Paying for a service and not getting it ...
Paying for a 4mb internet connection but it doesn't even reach 1mb with ping staying in the 200ms+ range with packet loss of 15% or more constantly... For the first few days after installation it was fine except everyday after 6pm it would go up to 150ms+ range untill around 11pm... It is such bad service that I'm paying for. Please do something about it.
