Paying for a phone I don't have. Telkom, give back my phone.

I took a Samsung S24 phone from Telkom on contract in October and in January, the phone stopped charging. When I took it to Telkom, they said it had physical damage, mind you, it has didn't fall or anything. I was charged R5200 for repairs and I told them to rather return the phone because I can't pay that amount. Now I'm being given the run around about the phone. It seems they don't want to return my phone, assumably to force me to do the phone repairs through them.
