Paying for a phone and contract I do not have
<p>I got a new cellphone contract from Telkom. After 6 days I had to take the phone back for OBF (Out of box failure). Now,14 days later, I still don't have a phone, but I'm paying for one and I'm also paying for my contract which I can't use because I do not have a phone to use it in.</p>

Are you serious right now? 4 weeks later and you only now have requested urgent assistance from your repairs team. Please don't inconvience your repairs team. You might wake somebody from their slumber. You can keep the phone. I have already cancelled the contract, thanx to a brilliant law we have called the CPA.
