Paying for a line that i never asked for

<p>Yet again Telkom stuffed up.....</p> <p>I asked for one of my lines to be upgraded but instead Telkom gives me an entire new line which i never asked for and to make it worse they take their own sweet time to resolve the issue all the time taking money from my account which was never authorised by me.</p> <p>After the last issue which went as far as opening a case with ICASA they eventually resolved the issue but it looks like i will have to open a whole new case again if i do not get a speedy resolution.</p>
