Paying for a 4mb premium line but never get it!

When you pay for premium lines for adsl, you expect to get it regardless. In my case, we get nothing, paying for a service they cannot provide and when it comes to services, they are always working on it, even 6 months later they still \trying"to resolve this issue. Where has their reputation gone? Absolutely horrific! Money makers if you ask me....cannot provide what they offer. They are useless infact! If you advertise those have go speed lines and cannot provide it"
