paying for 4mb line speed test done and getting 1.5 mb fix my line or i cancel

<p>good day i relocated to a new hom and done research on line speed at this suburb and i can get a speed up to 10 i do have a 4mb line but my sspeed is les then 2mb so slow i cant stream without buffing i did log a call and after a day or 2 i get a reply that its been resolved and ITS NOT no one was at my house as here are someone at home all day everyday i need this resolved or i will stop my service end of april as this is my cancelation month or end of contract please get this resolved as soon as possible or i will stop my line and move to someone who has better service than telkom <br /> </p>
