PAYING FOR 10MBPS BUT ONLY GETTING 5.18MBPS
I recently upgraded from a 4 to a 10 Mbps line at home. So I am now paying for a 10Mbps line yet I am only getting on average a 5Mbps speed... This is totally unacceptable because I am paying for a service I am not getting. I ask that you sort this issue out soonest, even today if possible as paying for 10 and only receiving half is the same as *****.

The line is still only running at 5.58 yesterday afternoon. I checked it this morning again and it was 5.15.
I also noticed when I got home that the internet light on the router is flashing. I don't remember it doing that before :(
