Paying for 10 meg getting less than 2

<p>We have been battling since middle of November to sort out our internet. We are paying for 10 line but only getting 2/ We cannot work download watch movies etc ( do not have DSTV). Internet is out only coms and entertanment. The fact that paying for 10 and getting less than 2 and no refund in site or even offered.</p>
