Paying Back the money for expired contract

<p>I have cancelled my Telkom mobile contract a few months ago the other day i receievd a statement showing a creedit amount. i called them on 6th Okt 2016 (Ref ********** 4) to ask to pay back that money. never heard back from them got a new statement for Nov2016 and suddenly there is less money that shows a credit amount. I calld again (ref ********** 6) and again no feedback. and then i called again on the 21st Nov (ref ********** 6) and they said 72 hours and agian no feedback as of yet. called on the 28th Nov and they said they cannot reach me i have had no missed calls or any voicemails or emails or sms feedback from telkom regarding my query.</p>
