Pay your bill and services get cancelled

Try to cancel my services with Telkom about a month and a half back, but nothing is done about it, so I decided to pay as its busy giving me a bad name. So after payment from about 2 weeks ago my service is still off. Go to Lakeside Mall to quiery the lady that assist me is so rude and arrogant can't believe the manager of that shop allow someone like that to work there. So I phoned customer care and they don't know what's going on. So what must I do know? Nobody can give me answers and Telkom took my money but my services is still off?
