Pay telkom for no service

Dear Telkom Wish i could give you half a star In 2023 i took out a landline and Data bundle with them. Everything worked perfectly . For some reason my contract signal was ended at the last dat of 2023. After weeks off battle with Telkom customer service i ended up where i an today, nowhere . Telkom gave me over to an Attorney and after numerous times i told them im being billed for 7 months of nothing i still get threadend to pay. HOW CAN TELKOM EXPECT ME TO PAY FOR 7 MONTHS OF GETTING NOTHING AND THEIR LAWYERS DOENST SEE ANYTHING WRONG WITH IT. YOU GET SOMETHING WHEN YOU PAY FOR IT TELKOM !!!
