pay for topup no topup but money taken

<p>Hi i used telkom new website to topup my internet tried it twice got references and money gone but no cap. tried contact us form.but telkom doesnt contact me back they prefer to take money for a paid product without providing the product</p>

Almost two months later. Telkom takes money but no service provided can i please get my refund. i provided proof you took my money and gave me nothing in return.

ABout 7 months later still no response just the robbing of my money
