Pay for services not rendered

<p>About six months ago I enrolled for a Telkom adsl landline. I was promised that I will get my line installed in two weeks time. After several complaints and after they threatened me with law enforcement for not paying the full amount and me still paying up to today for a line that was not installed up to today, I sit here in utter disgust cosidering any form possible to shame a company that does not care about it's customers by *****ing their money and not rendering services. Please take note all people don't ever do business with this company. Take note, this business are set up for failure. </p>
