Pay for nothing.... What's new Telkom!! Failed to deliver basic service.

<p>A 10 megabytes line that never gets to 2.8 mgbs download speed - essentially everything buffers including basic whatsapp videoclips. A simple request for Telkom to meet their contractual obligation. I pay the 10 mgbs monthly fee to avoid being disconnected while I don't have half the speed I pay for. I have a list of references that can fill a small diary and what I'm looking for a resolution and not reference numbers or emails informing me that someone is working on the issue. I'd rather wake up and switch my laptop on and go online with no issues.
