Pay for fibre installation

I am a very disappointed client of Telkom I received an sms from Telkom in February to change to Fibre with a package of 30 mbps. I phoned 10210 took the package, after fibre is installed I got an invoice for R4700 for fibre installation. Now they tell me that the 30 mbps is month to month and not on contract, and I must pay the R4700. It's ridiculous why didn't the sales lady tell me that the package is only month to month and that I will pay for instalation, rather take contract regards M Kemp
