Pay for cellphone i never owned.

from 2015 still struggling with Telkom for billing me for a phone i never took. Being sent from pillar to post. Cases logged no results. Being visiting the store but no help, the manager and consultant have left no one can assist or have an interest of assisting. my credit score is low because of this. the consultant on phones just want to log unending unresolved cases. Please help me
