Pay for a non existent phone line.

Telkom decided not to replace their ****** copper phone lines to us, supplying ADSL plus a landline phone. They informed us to seek alternatives, we took a LTE internet package. But cant get our phone cancelledas we never gave them plus paid a months notice for a line they stopped supporting. Now every month the amount gets larger. We have cancelled on line, been in to see them, yet they insist on a months notice at our cost and payment to date for a line that does not exist before they will officially cancel our phone account that they without notice cancelled themselves.
