PAY BUT DONT HAVE ACCESS TO DATA

My simcard is disconnected a month and i pay but i dont get data. i have lodge a case number but you always renew the case number. Why must people pay and you can do nothing but if your customer owe you then you can phone quickly and want your money quickly. But if customers want service you quickly then you cant give it.
