Pay back the money Telkom

I actually wanted to give Telkom no star at all. In April I app**** for a ADLS router (unlimited) and I was told that my area has coverage. I then received an sms notifying me to pay R700 to enable them to allocate a technician to come do the installation and I paid the money on that same day at the Telkom store in greenstone mall. I was only told that they cannot help me with the installation when I followed up in May and the reason is that the cables are ****** in my area and no replacement of the cables is planned. I then cancelled the application since they couldn't even help me with the LTE. I have been calling almost every week trying to get my refund back and every time I get the same story and no one can explain why I am not refunded (team leader included). All I want them to do is to tell me if they will refund me and if yes, when? still no one can give me straight answers.

this is more than pathetic and ridiculous. Disgusted.
