Pay back the money!!!

Service delivery means absolutely nothing to these guys....<br> I took out a contract and was told that my phone would be delivered to me after 3 working days from the date they debited my bank account....SURPRISE! SURPRISE! MONEY GONE BUT NO PHONE.<br> <br> Tried to do follow-up regarding this but to no avail, i keep getting transferred from pillar to post. Am I being punked or what?? This is no way treat a customer...not in 2015.<br> I WANT MY MONEY BACK......Someone better call me back ASAP
