#Pay back the Money

Good day

I have had a absolute great experience with Telkom up until recently. I took out a Contract phone in 2019, and i still have the phone . about a month ago i received a email to say ive got an outstanding Balance on my Account that is cancelled. I paid the Balance that was outstanding just to receive a Invoice a week ago to say ive got a credit. I then called spoke to a customer agent who told me to send proof of payment to get my refund. I have been waiting for a reply ever since. kind regards B
