Pay Back The Money

Telkom have not contacted me in the past week as they had promised they would. I app**** for a device with them, got approved, my account debited and then I called in to change my find and then asked that they cancel the request and please refund me. Till this day nobody from Telkom has contacted me to confirm that my application has been cancelled and when I'm to get my money back. I suggest that they make their sales number a toll-free line for customers like myself that use different networks. Kopano ********** 81
