Pay back the money

In February this year, someone I believe to be a Telkom employee took out contracts using my details. This person continued to change my billing address meaning I wasn’t getting my monthly statements. I then called in as i was being debited large amounts of money and sent a written statement as requested. I asked for feedback with the case which I got none to date and a refund for the amount credited against my account.

It’s end of June now and I still have not received my money back. I want my money! Also I’ve called in over 5 times since indicating that I’m still not getting my statement and your consultants assure me they’ve captured my information and yet they don’t seem to do it or process my requests for payment. Rectify this or I will be forced to take further action. This is my last appeal to you before I do.
