Pay back the money!

On the 16th of December 2017 I have registered a dispute about the R720 I was overcharged on my December invoice. Since then I have not received credit on my account. Since then I have registered several disputes about beign wrongly charged R1720 instead of R999 for my 20mbps ADSL line. Your social media team who posts on twitter and facebook is useless ie ^Bill, ^Anele ,^Lebo,^MT2 etc. They either ignore your pleas for help or lie to you telling you it's been escalated. PAY BACK THE MONEY OWED TO ME YOUR CUSTOMER PLEASE!
