Pay back my money useless Telkom scoundrels

After ********ly deducting money from my account from two years, they have been instructed to refund me. I visited the shop and gave them all the documents required.

The salesman confirmed that the money would be paid in a few weeks. Nothing happened for five months and I visited the Telkom shop in the Mall again.

Here I was met by a saleslady who saw that the money was outstanding, and had the audacity to tell me to go to my bank to draw statements of the three months, knowing full well I have to pay for each statement.

This Telkom Herm**** had been, with exceptions, useless and unwilling to repay my money. Pay back the money now, you useless scoundrels.
