Pay back my money telkom

I took out a contract 2 years ago, after a month I did not get what was promised by the consultant over the phone, I complained and telkom decided to listen to the recording between me and the consultant. They find that the consultant mislead me and they arranged with Ram couriers to pick up the phone. I find out this year in October that they still deducting the cell phone from my account for the past 2 years. I complaint again, but telkom never responded, I either want a phone or all my money back they deducted from my account.
