Pay back my money

<p>I app**** for a Hauwei mate 9 online on the 5th April and I was told that I'll receive the device within 5 working days. On the 7th April Telkom deducted R549 from my account. When I called to enquire about my delivery I was told that they are out of stock and therefore my application has been cancelled. I then request a refund on the 21st of April and to date I'm stil waiting for my money. I've been calling 10213 and sending emails to consultants and everytime is the same story" your application for a re fund has been authorised, you will get your money within 14 to 21 working days ". But nothing is happening. Please Telkom mobile pau back my money. </p>
