Pay back my money

Since I cancelled my landline contract with Telkom beginning of January, Telkom has not cancelled the contract. Why? I have no idea. Maybe to keep *****ing money from my account because if i cancel a contract and you keep taking money from me you are *****ing!I was told to wait 21 days for the cancellation to go through. Which has obviously passed but telkom keeps on taking payments every month. I called countless times and spoke to different consultants all useless and pathetic. I've sent emails but nothing changed. Now I've had enough of Telkom games at my expense. Telkom runs a ****ty business, takes advantage of it's customers and are not honourable to their clients. I want all my money refunded from February till now.
