PAY BACK MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a wifi(Sim and Device R199) contract with Telkom. When my contract ended in Feb I called to cancel it upon expiry (24 months) They continued to debit R100 for March and APRIL (For device as per invoice). I have called numerous times and I was told the money I will be refunded (R200) ....I have a case number from 1 May 2021..... Today I called only to be told I wont be refunded after the previous calls with promises of a refund......I can't wait to finish my latest contract and leave Telkom. I don't know what kind of a **** you're running
