Pay Account and still get Suspended, *** Telkom :(

Telkom ***, how can my Invoice (R996) and Debit Order (R1194) amounts be different, after paying my Debit Order end of September my contracts are suspended. Really Telkom such pathetic service, when I go to the store, the agent calls the account department and they are so rude to a person. F#@k u Telkom I can't with your useless service anymore.
