Paving Damaged, not repaired

Hi

Telkom installed infrastructure for their FTTH offering. the dug a trench the breadth of my yard, and lifted paving. paving was placed back , but broken paving brick were not replaced and so there is a hole in part of my paving now.

I tried contacting them by phone but there is no department willing to that handles these type of requests, or that is willing to assist.

Contacted them on Facebook as a last resort. From the Facebook post they initiated a conversation on FB messenger. this was started on 21/07. I shared by contact details and home address with them, on their request. From then I had no feedback. I requested feedback, contact details, threatened to stop my contract with Telkom and even threatened legal action on 7 occasions afterward via messenger. Still no feedback to this date.
