Pathway to false promises pyschosis

<p>Have had no net access for a good few weeks. Telkom operators offer such hope, fairytales and fairy dust promises that my net line will be restored! Yes the technician is on the way!!!yes before tom morning your line will be restored, yes the technician is working on it now, no a technician had not been assigned yet ill email them now. The manager was even gping to call me...the list goes on. My favourite is telkom can thank their lucky stars about the crazy weather cause now they have a new tale to tell. Why even bother callING the call centre? Let your worries and concerns be escalated into a deep black hole of nothingness.nothing actually happens when u a report a fault, no matter how hard or how well u thibk uve reported it. Gosh it is almost a comedy and I feel insane...Will my line be restored or not???</p>
