Pathtic service

I have a few Telkom mobile contracts, the iphone 5s was sent in for repairs for over a month. Till date, no one can tell me where my phone is. I called the Telkom call centre and they said my phone was at the courier service, but weeks later they cannot tell me where the phone is. This is pathetic service!!! Another thing is, there is no contact for higher authorities at Telkom. The staff at the store in Montana also have no idea what to do or how to assist. Telkom be warned, you are heading into liquidation at this level.
