Pathetuc service - 5 weeks with no phone

<p>My phone and wifi line has been out of order for 5 weeks. I have loggend the problem with telkom, a technician came out the next day, went looking fir the fault and never returned. </p> <p>Telkom consultants are unabke to tell me what the fault is and when it will be fixed.</p> <p>This is the worst service ever!</p>
