Pathetic,poor service form Telkom

I have reported faulty landlines a week ago.I received an sms stating that the issue was resolved yet it was not.I reported it again and again and again and was only informed just now that Telkom does not have a turn around time and that apart from escalating the issue nobody at the call centre can inform me of when this problem will be resolved. This is utterly pathetic service.I am paying for a service that I am not getting. How ridiculous!!!
