Pathetic/Deplorable Telkom Service!!

Telkom services and processes are among the worst in the industry. They never seem to take these surveys and feedback seriously. They are too big to care about these ratings. I bought a Telkom SIM, which was defective. I went to the Telkom store in Pinetown (3X), and they eventually replaced the SIM, but I had to pay for the replacement SIM. I got a bit irritated stating my case that I eventually paid again for a reissue of another SIM. Each Consultant gives you their supposed own understanding of the process.
