Pathetic! What service?

<p>Line out of order since 3 November 2016 - tomorrow 3 weeks. We have been phoning twice daily. Apparently due to workload. Homeopathic rooms, patients can't make appointment to see doctor. But they lock off at 4 o'clock and I presume they only start working at 9am and then still need a tea break and lunch time. No wonder the workload is to much.</p>
