PATHETIC USELESS SERVICE

pathetic service, my data service was cancelled although I emailed you and called your centre 5 times to reverse the cancellation! I have call recording assuring me that the cancellation was reversed only to call now and find out that the services were cancelled and I must call Sales for reinstatement, SALES CANNOT HELP ME!!!
