Pathetic, useless service

Good day,<br> For the last five working days I have been trying to <br> a) open an account with Telkom, and<br> b) activate an ADSL line <br> <br> I've been listening to their ******* call centre music for HOURS each da, with no-one answering on the other side. This morning I've called as soon as they openend the service at8am, and I've been in connection with three different operators - none could hear me talking on this side and now I'm back to listening to the trrrible music. <br> Ihave also tried mailing them a few days ago - up till now I've only received an automated response. <br> How on earth is one supposed to get their attention???<br> This service is pathetic!
