Pathetic upgrade/renewal service from Telkom

So my contract is due for an upgrade so I'm browsing the deals on the website and found a good deal on the Samsung S10+. On Sunday 1st of March went to the Telkom Shop in the East Rand Mall where I had to stand in the line for 45min (ticket number 91) when my number was called to be attended by the agent he informed me that they don't keep that device in stock and didn't have it since December and said I should use the online upgrade portal. I app**** for the device on the website the same day and received a pre-approval sms where it stated an agent will get in contact with me. Monday 2nd of March I still haven't received a call so I called them after struggling to get the right number. I got a hold of the agent and she Informed me that they do not have stock, (a deal that was only loaded on the website on Sunday) as she continued she said that they are going to receive new stock later that day or on Tuesday, I ended the call there. Tuesday 3rd of March received a missed call from Telkom and phoned back immediately, The agent that I got through to informed me that they received the stock and I asked to proceed with the renewal. Not far in the conversation I was informed that because I had the FreeMe5gig and the new contract is the FreeMe2gig it's viewed as a downgrade and she can't assist me and that only a branch can. (The same branch that don't have stock since December) and she informed me that my details would be given to the correct department that could assist in downgrading or get a new contract. I phoned back not long after to see if there is any other way I would be able to get this sorted and when I spoke to Sibusiso he informed me that the phone is on a clearance and that they don't have stock and that the S10+ was subject to While Stocks Last. I am Very frustrated and am considering canceling with Telkom and just moving to a different Network altogether. The service as a whole received by Telkom the last 3 days was utterly pathetic.
