Pathetic uneducated people

This is THE worst service I have EVER received, if you can say you 'received' service. since beginning of November 2017 we have been struggling to get service. We opted for the double data offer which was offered to us. We have spent more than 3 hours on the phone today again, after numerous times, the agent refuses to give his name, he says that we can now use 'his name' and he can get into trouble. It is BEYOND me how people can take this kind of abuse from Telkom. No one cares about customer service or service in general. Here we are, two months later and STILL not resolved.
