pathetic ****ty service

<p>Order my phone 2 weeks ago from Telkom and had to pay immediately. I was then told the phone would come between 5-7 working days. When contacted the tune changed and I was told 10 days. Each time I call it get told to call each division with no interest in helping me whatsoever. I call today to find out and after a screaming match get told there's no availability of this phone (bear in mind stock was confirmed the day of application) and a refund would take 14 working days. I am still waiting for management to call me which never will happen. Disgusting service and I am appalled that I have referred so many people.</p>
