Pathetic to the core.

I received an lte device last week and the sim has still not been activated. When you call Telkom you are told to call one number after another with not one lazy useless person willing to help you. It just goes on and on and on. Please pick up your device or we will be throwing it away. Made the biggest mistake ever signing up with you guys.
