Pathetic telkom/vumatel

Ordered an upgrade from ADSL to fibre. 4 months later, today a courier company delivered à fibre ready router. However no installation of the fibre line has been made at my residence. Telkom than sends an email that installation is complete and that I will be billed from this month. Called the call centre and they say that I should contact Vumatel. Absolutely horrific level of service. Pathetic really. No words could possibly describe the telkom/Vumatel experience.
