PATHETIC TELKOM - YOU DONT GIVE A DAMN!!!!!

Telkom you are more than pathetic!!!!!!!

We run a 24 hour armed response and monitoring company, 4000 peoples lives at risk. 4000 people!!!!! ALL 7 of our incoming lines went down during the dayo Friday sometime after a Telkom technician had been there earlier in the day. We were alerted at 12pm on Friday evening.

No after hours help line to call.......... 2 of our base station lines down as well. We log faults through the night, first thing Saturday morning we log more faults, ask to speak to a senior to be told they dont have one. Go down to the Somerset Mall office and are promised by the manager we will receive a call 15 mins later for a tech. We still waiting. Go down to the exchange and flag down a tech who tells us nobody has been assigned to the job yet. Go down to the depo, security guard tells us nobody is on site.

Its more than 48 hours later and we are told to wait patiently. It is in the queue, it is marked as urgent. URGENT??????????? 4000 peoples lives at risk?????!!!!!!!!

If I could move ALL our business away from you I would RIGHT NOW! We run a service related business and if we gave service like this we would have no clients......Im highly frustrated and disgusted.
