Pathetic Telkom wont do a sim swap with Telkom bill as proof of residence

One of our phones got ******, so we wanted to get a sim swap at the telkom store. Took our telkom bill as proof of residence and ID but Guess what!!!! Telkom wont help you with a sim swap a service that i paid for monthly on contract!!!! Our Telkom bill with our proof of residence that they already have since they email it wont work... Please feel free to contact me telkom i would like to cancel all my service with you since you cant help me with the services that I am paying you for...........
