Pathetic Telkom with *********** staff

I placed an order for a service which was never provided and then get billed for this service that was never provided. Order was pending. I cancelled the order and had the invoice reversed almost 2 weeks before the debit order date but the debit order still went off. It returned as unpaid and I am now being charged for an unpaid. Ridiculous service from a useless company with *********** staff. Reimburse me for my bank charges as its not my fault.
