PATHETIC TELKOM, WHATS NEW

i have now logged over 6 different queries with Telkom, each time i am promised a reply with reference numbers. only to receive an sms a few weeks later saying your query has been resolved. who said it was?? they never contact me. it takes 20 minutes each time i try to call them and that is not counting he 5 times you get cut off before getting through to someone who will then give you another number as they say you are in the wrong department. i am being overcharged on my bill and i am paying crazy figures for uncapped internet at tortoise speeds. i hate telkom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
