PATHETIC TELKOM SERVICES, USELESS CONSULTANTS

Useless -& pathetic Telkom service. Forced to take new packages without our consent!!!Either offline most of the time ,don't even bother to phone back customers when numerous messages are left. Still trying to downgrade our services over a week now. Nobody gives a damn!!!
